History of Qualitäts-Coaching Linsinger
From the very beginning with QM systems our focus was on the documentation solution. A classic quality manual in paper format will hardly generate any acceptance. Paper means high effort for administration (quality department) as well as information search and usage (employees). A digital solution was and still is crucial for successful QM.
When we started with our "QM Intranet" in 2003 it already featured linked process descriptions and template downloads.
Over the years these features became implicit for our customers and collaboration aspects gained importance. Therefore further development of our solution went in the direction of collaboration platforms. With social media applications becoming more and more popular, the hypertext system "Wiki" appeared on the radar. At the end of 2009, almost 50% of all enterprises had installed their company wiki system according to Gartner Group. The evolution step from its original purpose of knowledge storage to quality and process management was not to far.
Today we proudly offer our own QM solution "Qualitäts-Wiki" based on the globally most successful enterprise wiki Confluence®. Fixed system structures meet individual customizing options for your personalized QM platform.
